Great blog post. So pleased you were...Hi Maryam C,

Great blog post. So pleased you were inspired by our PERFECT NIGHT'S SLEEP quest - don't forget to check-in each day you complete the quests :) The thing I really find helps me is the first level - not consuming caffeine after midday. I don't know whether you saw it but in the "Toolkit" tab of each of the quests we try to include short videos, FAQs and things to be aware of when doing the quest. There is a video on the first level quest that I think is particularly good http://worldchanging.me/health-and-well-being/perfect-nights-sleep/level-1 a TED talk about why we sleep - it's where we got the inspiration to write the quest.

You might also like the HOT UPSTAIRS quests for help regulating your sleeping temperature http://www.worldchanging.me/energy/hot-up-stairs/level-1 or the REALLY RAD MAN level 3 quest for controlling the temperature in your bedroom with radiator controllers http://www.worldchanging.me/energy/really-rad-man/level-3.

Good luck with your quests. Do let us know how you get on.Morag from World Changing Mehttp://www.worldchanging.menoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8495396654727790862.post-64247967421739490422015-02-03T18:11:12.589+00:002015-02-03T18:11:12.589+00:00Hi, I'm so happy you like the idea and good lu...Hi, I'm so happy you like the idea and good luck getting into this, it's a tough one but so worth it! I blow my nose a lot... so I really had to make the switch! =D
Sorry for the miss-info about CTWW, I'll change that right away.
blog soon xAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17752970460103531342noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8495396654727790862.post-42117122037027267202015-02-03T16:42:53.436+00:002015-02-03T16:42:53.436+00:00Excellent idea! When I have a cold, the last thing my nose needs is more hurt. :-) These muslin hankies would be great. Thanks for the idea and the tutorial. Oh ... by the way ... CTWW is still weekly, we just have monthly themes. Each week, the challenge will support the theme ... hopefully in a creative way! :-)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18323775808390175925noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8495396654727790862.post-76377183341356669842015-01-29T19:08:44.639+00:002015-01-29T19:08:44.639+00:00Hi, I'm so glad you found this post interestin...Hi, I'm so glad you found this post interesting! I'm definitely going to try it out! Thank you! :-)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18323775808390175925noreply@blogger.com
